Who we are

This site (alot.capital) is operated by A Lot of Land LLC ("we", "us"), a Tennessee limited liability company. For questions about this policy, email David@alot.capital.

What we collect

We collect only the information you give us directly:

• Free-guide form: your first name and email address.
• Investor application form: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Server logs: standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider, Netlify, for security and performance.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How we use it

• Send you the guide you requested and occasional related updates.
• Review and respond to your investor application.
• Notify you of investment opportunities that match your stated interests.
• Improve the site and its content.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing. Ever.

Who processes your data on our behalf

We rely on a small set of trusted service providers:

• Netlify — website hosting and form submission storage.
• Google Workspace — email hosting for the David@alot.capital address.
• Calendly — appointment booking (if you schedule a call).

Each provider has its own privacy policy and processes data only as needed to provide the service to us.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses minimal cookies. If we enable analytics, we use privacy-respecting tools that do not track you across other sites. We do not use cookies for advertising.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Unsubscribe from any email we send (link at the bottom of every message).
• Withdraw consent for future marketing communications.

Send any request to David@alot.capital and we'll act on it within 30 days.

How we secure it

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on infrastructure with industry-standard security controls. No online service is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
