By accessing or using alot.capital (the "Site"), operated by A Lot of Land LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation of any security or investment. Any actual investment opportunity is offered only through separate written agreements, applicable disclosures, and only to persons who qualify under applicable law.

5. Your submissions
When you submit information through a form on the Site (the free guide request, the investor application, or the chat widget), you represent that the information is accurate, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you have the right to provide it. You consent to our use of that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Messaging consent
If you opt in via the chat widget, you authorize A Lot of Land LLC to send SMS/text messages and place calls to the number you provide, using automated means, for follow-up related to your inquiry. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or investment. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, downloadable guides, and the alot.capital name and logo — is owned by A Lot of Land LLC or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute the content without written permission. Downloading a free guide for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A Lot of Land LLC and its members, managers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the update.
